Deer Valley Estate is one of the oldest and largest mango farms in the Telugu states. The first plantation was established between 2005 and 2010 across about 70 acres, and the second phase began in 2020 and was completed in 2025. Today, the Estate spans about 120 acres with a well-developed drip irrigation system and organic management practices.
The Estate is located about an hour's drive from Hyderabad and half an hour from the Outer Ring Road on the Kompally/Medchal Highway. It is surrounded by nearly 3,000 acres of reserve forest, a mountain range, lakes, abundant wildlife, and the Ramappa Temple within the estate grounds.
The orchard is uniquely situated on an agricultural island bordered by protected reserve forest. Its virgin soil was not subjected to intensive monoculture before 2005, helping preserve a mineral-rich profile that enhances mango sweetness, Brix levels, and aromatic depth.

Mr. Chalapathi Raju Kalidindi
Creator & Owner
Deer Valley Estate is the vision of Mr. Chalapathi Raju Kalidindi. After decades as an economist with the World Bank and the United Nations, working across 20 countries, he returned to apply global standards of precision to Indian agriculture.
His approach, described as Renaissance Agriculture, blends aesthetic grandeur with scientific precision. Under his stewardship, Deer Valley has grown from a 70-acre pilot orchard into a 120-acre biodiversity sanctuary.
The Estate now brings together organic management, drip irrigation, curated mango varieties, and a natural forest bio-shield to produce pesticide-free mangoes with exceptional sweetness and aroma.
The long-term vision is to make Deer Valley Estate one of the most diverse organic mango sanctuaries in the Telugu states, with over 40 varieties and close to 1,000 tons of production by 2030-32.

At present, Deer Valley Estate grows around 20 mango varieties, with Banganapalli, Kesari, Dasheri, and Panduri cultivated on a commercial scale.
Panduri Mango
A rare vintage from the Godavari lineage, Panduri is small, round, evergreen even when ripe, and known for dense honey-like sweetness with Brix levels that can reach around 30.

From Orchard to You
Deer Valley follows a clean harvest approach, direct farm packing, and estate tasting experiences rooted in the brochure story.
Clean Harvest
Fruits are allowed to reach physiological maturity on the tree for natural ripening. Harvesting is done at the right stage for aroma and taste, preferably between 6 AM and 10 AM.
Packing & Delivery
Mangoes are delivered directly from the farm and handpicked based on orders. Corrugated boxes with ventilation and foam nets help protect fruit freshness during transport.
Estate Visit & Tasting
Visitors can explore mango varieties from Banganapalli to Panduri and Kesari, learn from farm experts, sample varieties, visit the temple, and enjoy birdwatching and trekking.
