Deer Valley Estate is one of the oldest and largest mango farms in Telangana. Located just one hour drive from Hyderabad and half an hour from the Outer Ring Road on the Kompally/Medchal Highway.
The Estate is surrounded by three thousand acres of reserve forest – along with a mountain range and lakes. It is a sanctuary of biodiversity, with an abundance of deer, wild boar, and occasional sightings of leopards.
Our cultivation methods include organic practices such as focus on soil health, natural pest control, and on-farm inputs, and pesticide-free practices.
Meet Our Founder
Mr. Chalapathi Raju Kalidindi
Creator & Owner
Mr. Chalapathi Raju Kalidindi is the owner and creator of the Deer Valley Estate. Even though he is an economist by profession, Mr. Raju has developed the Estate and has been planting mango trees for the past 20 years.
Along with this passion, Mr. Raju is also passionate about European architecture and interior decoration. With that passion, he built Rajkamal Palace in Hyderabad.
Mr. Raju previously worked with the World Bank, and consulted various international organizations including USAID and United Nations in more than 20 developing countries.
In recent years, he has initiated mango plantation with the high density method originated in Israel. Mr. Raju is also interested in pesticide-free mangoes and a process has been initiated for organic certification.
